1 Ein Schiff auf einem Non-Profit-Standplatz darf ausschliesslich durch Bootsharing-Teilnehmende für private Zwecke verwendet werden. 2 Ein Schiff auf einem Non-Profit-Standplatz darf nicht für folgende gewerbliche Zwecke genutzt werden: a. Fahrschule: Ausbildung für Dritte gegen Entgelt; b. Charter / Wassertaxi: Anbieten von Fahrten mit einer Schiffsführerin oder einem Schiffsführer an Dritte gegen Entgelt; c. Untervermietung: Fahrten durch Dritte ohne Schiffsführerin oder Schiffsführer gegen Entgelt; d. Events: Anlässe für Dritte mit gewerblichem Charakter.
