Massgebende Kinderzahl Wird bei den finanziellen Verhältnissen das Einkommen und Vermögen einer Person berücksichtigt, werden auch ihre Kinder für die massgebende Kinderzahl berücksichtigt, sofern für sie der Kinderabzug nach Artikel 40 Absätze 3 und 4 des kantonalen Steuergesetzes vom 21. Mai 2000 (StG, BSG 661.11) zulässig ist.
