Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003
Write the words of this act the way you think they should read. Solon shows your change as a redline against the published text and pins it to that exact text, so it can never be applied to wording you did not see.
Change 1

(3) The requirements mentioned in subsection (2)(a) may include (in particular) a requirement to attend a counselling or guidance programme. (4) The purpose of the requirements mentioned in subsection (2)(a) is to prevent the child or young person from engaging in anti-social behaviour or further anti-social behaviour. (5) A parenting contract must be signed by the parent and signed on behalf of the relevant housing provider . (6) A parenting contract does not create any obligations in respect of whose breach any liability arises in contract or in tort. (7) In carrying out their functions in relation to parenting contracts— (a) non-profit registered providers of social housing shall have regard to any guidance which is issued by the Secretary of State from time to time for that purpose; (b) registered social landlords on the register maintained by the National Assembly for Wales shall have regard to any guidance which is issued by the Assembly from time to time for that purpose.

One line that says what changes, such as "Halve the dog tax".
Who it helps, what it costs, what it fixes. It is what persuades people to support it.
A proposal here is not law. Support on Solon is evidence that people want the change; the official route says what it takes to make it law.
