Art. 16 Evaluation
1 Das BSV sorgt für eine regelmässige Evaluation der Auswirkungen der Finanzhilfen. Es kann zur Erfüllung dieser Aufgabe aussenstehende Fachleute beiziehen. 2 Die Empfänger von Finanzhilfen haben für die statistische Erfassung ihrer Leistungen zu sorgen und diese regelmässig dem BSV einzureichen. Dieses erstellt die entsprechenden Formulare.
