Art. 17 Projekte mit Innovationscharakter
Finanzhilfen können Projekte mit Innovationscharakter erhalten, die: a. geeignet sind, eine grosse Breitenwirkung zu erzielen und als Modell für weitere Projekte zu dienen; b. auf Nachhaltigkeit ausgerichtet sind; und c. eine Evaluation ihrer Durchführung und Wirkung ermöglichen.
