Unvereinbarkeiten 1 Verwandte und Verschwägerte in gerader Linie, Ehegatten, Konkubinatspaare und Geschwister dürfen nicht gleichzeitig derselben Behörde angehören. 2 Städtische Angestellte und Lehrpersonen dürfen dem Gemeinderat, der Geschäftsprüfungskommission und der Bildungskommission nicht angehören. 3 Die Mitglieder des Stadtrates können weder dem Gemeinderat noch der Geschäftsprüfungskommission angehören.
