Vertretung der Stadt 1 Der Stadtrat vertritt die Stadt gegenüber Dritten und vor Gericht. 2 Die Stadtpräsidentin bzw. der Stadtpräsident oder ihre bzw. seine Stellvertretung führt zusammen mit einem weiteren Mitglied des Stadtrates oder mit der Stadtschreiberin bzw. dem Stadtschreiber die rechtsverbindliche Unterschrift für die Stadt.
