Ungültigkeit 1 Eine Initiative, deren Inhalt eidgenössisches oder kantonales Recht verletzt, ist ungültig und wird nicht der Volksabstimmung unterbreitet. 2 Der Gemeinderat entscheidet auf Antrag des Stadtrates über die Gültigkeit. Ist der Inhalt einer Initiative ganz oder teilweise ungültig, gibt er dem Initiativkomitee von seinem Entscheid unter Angabe der Gründe schriftlich Kenntnis.
