5 Funktion der Verbandsleitung 1 Die Verbandsleitung ist unter Vorbehalt der Rechte der Delegiertenversammlung das zentrale Führungsorgan und trägt in diesem Rahmen die Gesamtverantwortung für den Gemeindeverband. 2 Die Verbandsleitung ist der Partner der Delegiertenversammlung.
