§ 31. Liiklusõnnetusel kehtivad nõuded
Liiklusõnnetusest tingitud ajutisele liikluskorraldusele kohaldatakse määruse nõudeid, välja arvatud § 3 lõikes 8, §-des 4 ja 6, § 8 lõikes 10, §-des 11–13, § 22 lõikes 4, §-des 23–26, § 27 lõikes 4, §-s 30 ning märgi 158 „Teetööd” kohta sätestatud nõuded.
