Ziele der Kulturförderung 1 Der Kanton schafft Rahmenbedingungen für das Entstehen und Erhalten eines vielfältigen kulturellen Lebens. 2 Er fördert künstlerische, wissenschaftliche und andere kulturelle Bestrebungen. 3 Er ermöglicht der Bevölkerung den Zugang zu allen Sparten des künstlerischen Schaffens. 4 Er bewahrt das kulturelle Erbe.
