2. Verwendung 1 Die Fondsmittel sind zu verwenden für: 1. Massnahmen der Kulturförderung gemäss Art. 5; 2. die Anschaffung von Museumsobjekten, die Ausstellungen sowie für die Einrichtung des Museums; 3. die Anschaffungen der Kantonsbibliothek. 2 Die zuständige Direktion beschliesst jährlich gestützt auf die Schwerpunkte der Kulturförderung und auf Antrag des Amtes für Kultur die Aufteilung der Fondsmittel auf die Bereiche der Kulturförderung.
