1 Die Energie Thun AG ist zuständig für die öffentliche Beleuchtung von Strassen und Plätzen. Sie besorgt im Auftrag der Stadt Thun namentlich Projektierung, Erstellung, Anschluss, Betrieb und Unterhalt der Beleuchtung. 2 Die Energie Thun AG ist berechtigt, die für die öffentliche Beleuchtung erforderlichen Einrichtungen auf privaten Grundstücken oder an privaten Bauobjekten gegen angemessene Entschädigung anzubringen. 3 Die öffentliche Beleuchtung darf weder durch Bepflanzungen noch durch andere Massnahmen beeinträchtigt werden.
