1 In allen Fällen, in welchen nach den bestehenden Gesetzen ein Eid geleistet werden kann oder muss, wird die zur Eidesleistung berufene Person davon entbunden, wenn sie sich, gestützt auf Artikel 49 der Bundesverfassung, weigert, den Eid zu leisten.
