§ 5 Weitere Entsorgung durch Annahmestellen nach der Annahme
Die weitere Entsorgung der Abfälle, die den Annahmestellen nach den Vorschriften des Übereinkommens übergeben worden sind, bestimmt sich nach dem hierfür geltenden Abfallrecht und Abwasserrecht sowie im Falle von Dämpfen zusätzlich nach dem Immissionsschutzrecht des Bundes und des für die jeweilige Annahmestelle zuständigen Landes.
