Champ d'application 1 Le présent règlement régit la passation de tous les marchés soumis ou non soumis aux traités internationaux. Le titre IV institue des dispositions complémentaires applicables aux seuls marchés soumis aux traités internationaux. 2 Sont soumis aux traités internationaux, les marchés : a) dont les types sont énumérés à l’article 6, alinéa 2; et b) qui sont passés par une autorité adjudicatrice assujettie en vertu de l’article 7; et c) dont la valeur remplit la condition prévue par l’article 8.
