Dauer des Praktikums – Im Allgemeinen 1 Das Praktikum besteht in anhaltender Arbeit während einer Dauer von mindestens zwei Jahren. 2 Die Notariatskommission kann diese Dauer jedoch um höchstens acht Monate herabsetzen, wenn der Bewerber eine juristische Tätigkeit ausgeübt hat, die der Ausbildung zum Notar förderlich ist.
