Art. 1 Meldepflicht
Personen in einem Arbeitsverhältnis mit einer ETH oder einer Forschungsanstalt des ETH-Bereichs, die an der Schaffung von Immaterialgütern im Sinne von Artikel 36 Absätze 1 und 2 des ETH-Gesetzes vom 4. Oktober 1991 mitgewirkt haben (Schöpfer und Schöpferinnen), haben die Entstehung von Immaterialgütern der ETH oder der Forschungsanstalt umgehend zu melden.
