Art. 2 Mitwirkung bei Schutz und Verwertung
1 Schöpfer und Schöpferinnen sind verpflichtet, beim Verfahren zum Schutz der Immaterialgüter sowie beim Verwertungsprozess mitzuwirken. 2 Diese Mitwirkungspflicht bleibt auch nach Beendigung des Arbeitsverhältnisses mit der ETH oder der Forschungsanstalt bestehen.
