Die ETH und die Forschungsanstalten können mit Personen, die bei ihnen nicht angestellt sind, schriftlich die Abtretung von Rechten an Immaterialgütern oder die Einräumung von Nutzungsrechten daran und die Anwendbarkeit von Bestimmungen dieser Verordnung vereinbaren.
