(1) In der theoretischen Ausbildung sind die Kenntnisse gemäß Anlage 7A zu vermitteln. (2) In der praktischen Ausbildung sind die in Anlage 7B festgelegten Übungen durchzuführen. (3) Die theoretische Prüfung ist gemäß Anlage 7C durchzuführen. (4) Der Bewerber hat in einer praktischen Prüfung gemäß Anlage 7D nachzuweisen, dass er die zur Führung von Freiballonen notwendigen Fähigkeiten besitzt.
