Rückforderung 1 Unrechtmässig bezogene Leistungen sind zurückzuerstatten. 2 Leistungen gelten als unrechtmässig, wenn sie namentlich infolge unwahrer oder unvollständiger Angaben erschlichen oder trotz Wegfall der Anspruchsvoraussetzungen weiterhin bezogen werden. Die Gesuchsteller trifft diesbezüglich eine umfassende Auskunfts- und umgehende Meldepflicht.
