Orientierung am Wirkungsziel 1 Mit den Gutscheinen für selbstbestimmtes Wohnen werden Leistungen unterstützt, welche dazu beitragen, eine bestehende Lebens- und Wohnsituation so zu stabilisieren oder zu fördern, dass ein Eintritt in eine stationäre Einrichtung verhindert oder verzögert werden kann. 2 Die fachliche Beurteilung der Unterstützungswürdigkeit erfolgt abschliessend durch die für den Altersbereich zuständige Dienstabteilung.
