Art. 11
Wird das einer Anlage zur Verfügung stehende nutzbare Gefälle durch die Beseitigung gefällsaufzehrender Hindernisse im öffentlichen Gewässer vermehrt, so ist das vermehrte Gefälle insoweit in Anrechnung zu bringen, als es in der Anlage, wie sie in der Verleihung vorgesehen ist, verwendet werden kann.
