Art. 2 Ziele der Erwachsenenbildung
Die Erwachsenenbildung bietet die Möglichkeit, Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten zu erwerben und zu vermehren. Sie trägt bei zur geistigen Entfaltung des einzelnen, insbesondere zur Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und zu vermehrter Anteilnahme der Bevölkerung an den Zeitproblemen.
