§ 111h Rechtsschutz bei überlangen Gerichtsverfahren
Auf den Rechtsschutz bei überlangen Gerichtsverfahren sind die Vorschriften des Siebzehnten Titels des Gerichtsverfassungsgesetzes anzuwenden. Die Vorschriften dieses Gesetzes, die die Besetzung des Oberlandesgerichts und des Bundesgerichtshofs in verwaltungsrechtlichen Notarsachen regeln, sind nicht anzuwenden.
