§ 112 Übertragung von Befugnissen der Landesjustizverwaltung durch Rechtsverordnung
Die Landesregierungen werden ermächtigt, die Aufgaben und Befugnisse, die den Landesjustizverwaltungen nach diesem Gesetz zustehen, durch Rechtsverordnung auf diesen nachgeordnete Behörden zu übertragen. Die Landesregierungen können diese Ermächtigung durch Rechtsverordnung auf die Landesjustizverwaltungen übertragen.
