§ 25 Beschäftigung von Mitarbeitern; Verordnungsermächtigung
(1) Der Notar darf Personen mit Befähigung zum Richteramt, Laufbahnprüfung für das Amt des Bezirksnotars oder Abschluß als Diplom-Jurist nur beschäftigen, soweit seine persönliche Amtsausübung nicht gefährdet wird. (2) Die Landesregierungen oder die von ihnen durch Rechtsverordnung bestimmten Stellen werden ermächtigt, zur Wahrung der Belange einer geordneten Rechtspflege durch Rechtsverordnung zu bestimmen, daß der Notar Personen mit Befähigung zum Richteramt, Laufbahnprüfung für das Amt des Bezirksnotars oder Abschluß als Diplom-Jurist nur beschäftigen darf, wenn die Aufsichtsbehörde dies nach Anhörung der Notarkammer genehmigt hat. Die Genehmigung kann mit Nebenbestimmungen verbunden werden.
