§ 3 Hauptberufliche Notare; Anwaltsnotare
(1) Notare werden zur hauptberuflichen Amtsausübung auf Lebenszeit bestellt (hauptberufliche Notare). (2) In den Gerichtsbezirken, in denen am 1. April 1961 das Amt des Notars nur im Nebenberuf ausgeübt worden ist, werden weiterhin ausschließlich Rechtsanwälte für die Dauer ihrer Mitgliedschaft bei der für den Gerichtsbezirk zuständigen Rechtsanwaltskammer als Notare zu gleichzeitiger Amtsausübung neben dem Beruf des Rechtsanwalts bestellt (Anwaltsnotare).
