§ 60 Überschüsse aus Notariatsverwaltungen
(1) Die Überschüsse aus den auf Rechnung der Notarkammer durchgeführten Notariatsverwaltungen müssen vorrangig zugunsten der Fürsorge für die Berufsangehörigen und ihre Hinterbliebenen verwendet werden. (2) Verbleibende Überschüsse sind, soweit Versorgungseinrichtungen nach § 67 Abs. 4 Nr. 2 eingerichtet sind, diesen zuzuwenden. Bestehen Versorgungseinrichtungen nicht, fließen verbleibende Überschüsse der Notarkammer zu.
