§ 64a Anwendbarkeit der Verwaltungsverfahrensgesetze
Für Verwaltungsverfahren nach diesem Gesetz oder nach einer auf Grund dieses Gesetzes erlassenen Rechtsverordnung gelten, soweit nichts anderes bestimmt ist, für Behörden des Bundes das Verwaltungsverfahrensgesetz des Bundes und für Behörden der Länder die Verwaltungsverfahrensgesetze der Länder.
