§ 78q Gebührenerhebung für das Videokommunikationssystem
(1) Das Videokommunikationssystem wird durch Gebühren finanziert, zu deren Zahlung die Notare verpflichtet sind. Die Gebühren sind so zu bemessen, dass der mit der Einrichtung und dem Betrieb des Videokommunikationssystems verbundene Verwaltungsaufwand einschließlich der Personal- und Sachkosten gedeckt wird. (2) Die Bundesnotarkammer bestimmt die Gebühren nach Absatz 1 und die Art ihrer Erhebung durch eine Gebührensatzung. Die Gebührensatzung bedarf der Genehmigung des Bundesministeriums der Justiz und für Verbraucherschutz. Die Höhe der Gebühren ist regelmäßig zu überprüfen.
