§ 7d Bescheid; Zeugnis; Rechtsmittel
(1) Der Bescheid über das Ergebnis der notariellen Fachprüfung ist dem Prüfling zuzustellen. Über die bestandene notarielle Fachprüfung wird ein Zeugnis erteilt, aus dem die Prüfungsgesamtnote mit Notenbezeichnung und Punktwert ersichtlich ist. Bei Wiederholung der notariellen Fachprüfung wird ein Zeugnis nur im Fall der Notenverbesserung erteilt. (2) Über einen Widerspruch entscheidet die Leitung des Prüfungsamtes. (3) (weggefallen)
