§ 81a Verschwiegenheitspflicht; Inanspruchnahme von Dienstleistungen
(1) Für die Verschwiegenheitspflicht der Mitglieder des Präsidiums und der Angestellten der Bundesnotarkammer sowie der Personen, die von der Bundesnotarkammer oder den Mitgliedern ihres Präsidiums zur Mitarbeit herangezogen werden, gilt § 69a Absatz 1 und 2 entsprechend. (2) Für die Inanspruchnahme von Dienstleistungen durch die Bundesnotarkammer gilt in Bezug auf Angelegenheiten, die der Verschwiegenheitspflicht des Notars nach § 18 unterliegen, § 26a Absatz 1 bis 3, 6 und 7 sinngemäß.
