Aufgrund des § 3 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Nummer 1, 2, 4 und 6 in Verbindung mit Satz 2 und mit § 14 des Binnenschifffahrtsaufgabengesetzes in der Fassung der Bekanntmachung vom 20. März 2023 (BGBl. 2023 I Nr. 82; 2023 I Nr. 126) in Verbindung mit § 3 Nummer 2 der Verordnung zur Einführung der Binnenschifffahrtsstraßen-Ordnung vom 16. Dezember 2011 (BGBl. 2012 I S. 2, 1717), von denen § 14 des Binnenschifffahrtsaufgabengesetzes durch Artikel 14 des Gesetzes vom 22. Dezember 2023 (BGBl. 2023 I Nr. 409) geändert worden ist, verordnet die Generaldirektion Wasserstraßen und Schifffahrt:
