§ 7. Vahetud vereülekande-eelsed toimingud
(1) Pärast verepreparaatide saabumist haigla osakonda kontrollib õde visuaalselt verepreparaatide kvaliteeti. Õde kontrollib ka verepreparaatide aegumise kuupäeva ja vastavust tellimislehele ning patsiendi verekaardile kantud sobivusuuringute tulemusi. (2) Õde täidab transfusiooniprotokolli ning kleebib verepreparaadi kotil oleva etiketi ärarebitava osa transfusiooniprotokolli. (3) Õde identifitseerib enne vereülekande alustamist patsiendi vastavalt §-s 5 sätestatule ja võrdleb andmeid patsiendi andmetega verepreparaadil. (4) Kehtetu (5) Arst hindab ülekantavate verepreparaatide vastavust dokumentatsioonile ning annab loa alustada vereülekannet.
