Art. 30
1 Tiere sind so zu halten, dass niemand belästigt oder gefährdet wird. 2 Hunde sind so zu halten, dass sie weder öffentliche noch private Wege, Anlagen und Plätze verunreinigen. In öffentlichen Anlagen sind Hunde an der Leine zu führen. 3 Das Füttern von Tauben auf öffentlichen Strassen, Plätzen und in Anlagen ist verboten. 4 Tierhaltern, die ihren Pflichten trotz Mahnung oder Bestrafung nicht nachkommen, kann das Halten von Tieren vorübergehend oder dauernd untersagt werden.
