Zucht‑ und Lieferbetriebe müssen bei der zuständigen Behörde registriert sein, sofern nicht nach Artikel 21 oder 22 eine Ausnahmebewilligung erteilt ist. Solche registrierten Betriebe müssen die Anforderungen des Artikels 5 erfüllen.
