§ 19 Übermittlung von Daten
Die zentrale Behörde darf personenbezogene Daten an andere öffentliche und nichtöffentliche Stellen übermitteln, wenn dies zur Erfüllung der ihr nach § 5 obliegenden Aufgaben erforderlich ist. Die Daten dürfen nur für den Zweck verarbeitet werden, für den sie übermittelt worden sind.
