§ 51 Versteigerung beweglicher Sachen
Ist eine bewegliche Sache gepfändet und darf die Zwangsvollstreckung nicht über Maßregeln zur Sicherung hinausgehen, so kann das Vollstreckungsgericht auf Antrag anordnen, dass die Sache versteigert und der Erlös hinterlegt werde, wenn sie der Gefahr einer beträchtlichen Wertminderung ausgesetzt ist oder wenn ihre Aufbewahrung unverhältnismäßige Kosten verursachen würde.
