§ 55 Verfahren
(1) Auf das Verfahren, das die Feststellung zum Gegenstand hat, ob eine Entscheidung aus einem anderen Staat anzuerkennen ist, sind die §§ 36 bis 38, 40 Absatz 2, die §§ 42 bis 45 Absatz 1 bis 3, die §§ 46, 47 sowie 48 Absatz 1 und 2 entsprechend anzuwenden.
(2) Ist der Antrag auf Feststellung begründet, so beschließt das Gericht, die Entscheidung anzuerkennen.
