§ 65 Vollstreckung
Für die Vollstreckung von ausländischen Unterhaltstiteln gilt § 120 Absatz 1 des Gesetzes über das Verfahren in Familiensachen und in den Angelegenheiten der freiwilligen Gerichtsbarkeit, soweit in der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 4/2009 und in diesem Gesetz nichts anderes bestimmt ist.
