Öffentliche Ämter und Nebenbeschäftigungen 1 Mitarbeitende dürfen öffentliche Ämter und Nebenbeschäftigungen nur ausüben, wenn dadurch ihre Arbeitsleistung nicht beeinträchtigt wird und es mit den Interessen der Gemeinde vereinbar ist. 2 Der Gemeinderat regelt die Bewilligungspflicht, die Beanspruchung von Arbeitszeit, das Gewähren von bezahltem und unbezahltem Urlaub sowie die Ablieferungspflicht bei Entschädigungen durch Verordnung.
