Zuständigkeiten 1 Wenn Zuständigkeitsregelungen dazu führen, dass eine Person in eigener Sache entscheiden würde, dann fällt die Zuständigkeit an die nächst höhere Stelle. 2 Die Zuständigkeiten bei Organisationseinheiten, welche direkt den Direktionen unterstellt sind (Art. 3 Abs. 5 des Verwaltungsorganisationsreglements vom 19. Dezember 2005), regelt der Gemeinderat durch Beschluss.
