Art. 7a Ergänzende Massnahmen
1 Wurden Erleichterungen nach Artikel 7 Absatz 3 gewährt, so kann das Bundesamt für Verkehr ab 2016 Massnahmen an der Fahrbahn und weitergehende Massnahmen auf dem Ausbreitungsweg des Schalls anordnen. 2 Der Bundesrat regelt die Massnahmen und die Beurteilung der Verhältnismässigkeit der Kosten. Eingefügt durch Ziff. I des BG vom 27. September 2013, in Kraft seit 1. März 2014 (AS 2014 469; BBl 2013 489).
