Amendes 1 Tout détenteur de chien qui n'aura pas acquitté l'impôt pour le 31 mars ou à l'expiration du délai de 15 jours prévu aux articles 4 alinéa 3 et 6 alinéa 3, sera passible en sus du paiement du montant de l’impôt, d'une amende pouvant aller jusqu'au triple de l'impôt. 2 L'amende est prononcée par l’autorité communale compétente en matière de police.
