Art. 13
1 Die untersuchende Ärztin oder der untersuchende Arzt stellt für die obligatorische Untersuchung dem Amt für Bildung und Sport Rechnung und legt die Gutscheine für die untersuchten Kinder bei. 2 Das Amt für Bildung und Sport entrichtet der Ärztin oder dem Arzt die Entschädigung gemäss Artikel 36 SDV. 3 Die Kosten für die obligatorische Untersuchung von Kindern aus anderen Wohnsitzgemeinden an privaten Schulen in Thun werden gemäss Artikel 41 Absatz 3 SDV durch das Amt für Bildung und Sport den Wohnsitzgemeinden in Rechnung gestellt.
