§ 1. Tegevliikme relva soetamisloa taotlemise tingimused
Tegevliikme relva soetamisloa taotlemiseks peab taotleja: 1 1) Tegevliikme relva soetamisloa taotlemiseks peab taotleja: 1) omama kehtivat Kaitseliidu relvaluba; 2) olema Kaitseliidu tegevliige vähemalt üks aasta ja osalenud selle aja jooksul Kaitseliidu tegevuses vähemalt 48 tundi; 3) täitma Kaitseliidu seaduse § 43 lõike 8 alusel kehtestatud nõuded relva ja laskemoona hoidmiseks.
