1 Beim Vorliegen wichtiger Gründe, die eine Fortsetzung des Arbeitsverhältnisses nach Treu und Glauben unzumutbar machen, kann das Arbeitsverhältnis beidseitig ohne Einhaltung der Kündigungsfristen und Kündigungstermine bzw. der festen Vertragsdauer aufgelöst werden. 2 Vor der Entlassung ist den Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern das rechtliche Gehör zu gewähren. Die Entlassung ist zu begründen. *
