Art. 34 Festlegung des besonders hohen Betrags der variablen Komponente der Vergütung
Ein besonders hoher Betrag der variablen Komponente der Vergütung nach Art. 84 Abs. 1 Bst. n des Bankengesetzes liegt jedenfalls dann vor, wenn die variable Vergütung mindestens 300 000 Euro oder den Gegenwert in Schweizer Franken beträgt.
